Church Organization

In accordance with the Book of Order of the Presbyterian Church (USA), our church is governed by a ruling board called the Session. Elected by the congregation, elders serve for 3 years. The current Session consists of 12 elders and our pastor.

The Board of Deacons oversees the vital ministries of care and visitation. The Deacons reach out to those in hospitals, those in nursing home residences, and shut-ins. Deacons are also elected by the congregation and serve for 3 years.
 

     All members have the opportunity to participate in church government through service on standing committees.
